Q. How do I allow/prevent rocking?

Pull the control lever on the metal part of the seat support outward to release the rocking.

Push the control lever on the metal part of the seat support inward to prevent rocking.

■ Adjusting the rocking
The firmness of the rocking can be adjusted slightly with the spring-loaded screw on the back of the seat.
Since this screw is spring-loaded, it may be stiff and difficult to turn. Please refer to the figure below to turn the screw.
- * The adjustable range is small, so it may be difficult to feel the change in rocking firmness.
- * If the rocking is soft, the chair will gain momentum when you sit on it, which may cause you to fall.
- * When the rocking adjustment screw is tightened, the plastic lid at the tip will come off, revealing the screw part inside, but there is no problem in use. Please keep the lid as needed.
