Q. I cannot adjust the height (the cylinder does not move).

New gas cylinders shortly after purchase may have some hardening of the oil inside and may be difficult to move.

With the load applied to the seat while sitting on the chair, pull up the control lever firmly and try to adjust the height. (If it is difficult to move, move the lever repeatedly).
* Once it moves, it will move smoothly after that.
